中廣「感性時間」是民國70 年代由「廣播情人」李季準先生所主持智識性、談話式的廣播節目，長期受到廣大聽眾鍾愛。
每晚凌晨00:00~01:00播出，約00:30節目進行到一半，固定就會播放這首「藍色氣球」” Blue Balloon”( 又名：沙漏歌 The Hourglass Song)。
此原曲是1973年的電影《初戀的故事》﹝Jeremy﹞的主題曲，由男主角~羅賓.班森 ﹝Robby Benson﹞所演唱。
電影描述一個藝術學校的大提琴男孩﹝Robby Benson 飾﹞和芭蕾舞女孩﹝Glynnis O'Connor飾﹞一段16歲的青澀戀情 。
如今聽起來，依然頗感療癒！
